This page says what we collect, what we do with it, and what you can ask us to do. It applies when you use ComposeGTM.
1. What this covers
ComposeGTM (“we,” “our,” or “us”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use ComposeGTM.
2. What we collect
We collect what you give us directly:
- Account details. Your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- What you tell us about your business. What you sell, who buys it, what you want, and what you can spend, when you make a plan.
- Drafts. The plans and the drafts our AI features write for you.
- Keys for your connected tools. Keys and sign-in tokens for the tools you connect. These are stored encrypted.
- How you use it. Pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
3. How we use it
- To provide, run, and maintain the service.
- To write marketing plans for you using AI.
- To reach other companies' tools on your behalf, when you connect one.
- To improve our AI features and the quality of the service.
- To tell you about updates, support, and service notices.
- To find, prevent, and fix technical problems and security threats.
4. How the AI handles your information
We use AI services from other companies, including Anthropic's Claude, to write your plan. When you use an AI feature, what you told us about your business is sent to them to be processed. We do not use your data to train AI models. Those companies handle your data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
6. How we protect it
We use industry-standard security measures. The keys and sign-in tokens for your connected tools are encrypted at rest. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account data and your drafts for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us. We may keep some data where the law or running the service requires it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to, or limit, how we process your data.
- Get a copy of your data you can take elsewhere.
- Withdraw consent where we rely on it.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
