ComposeGTM is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create and manage go-to-market strategies. The Service includes AI-generated GTM plans, channel strategy, budget allocation, performance tracking, and integration with third-party platforms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate go-to-market strategies. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing or distributing it.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally include errors or inappropriate suggestions.
  • You own the content generated through the Service for your business, subject to any third-party AI provider terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Create spam, unsolicited communications, or content that violates platform policies.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Mailchimp, SendGrid). You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party services. You authorize us to act on your behalf when publishing content or managing campaigns through connected integrations.

7. Payment and Billing

  • Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by ComposeGTM and protected by intellectual property laws. Your business data and generated content remain yours. We retain a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComposeGTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve specific business results.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ComposeGTM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
