Terms of Service

1. Agreeing to these terms

By using ComposeGTM (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the service is

ComposeGTM helps businesses make and run marketing plans using AI. The Service includes plans written by AI, choices about where to show up and how to split your spending, tracking of results, and connections to tools from other companies.

3. Your account

• You must give accurate and complete details when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You must tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Drafts written by AI

The Service uses artificial intelligence to write marketing plans and drafts. By using it you accept that:

• A draft is a starting point. Read it before you use it.
• We do not guarantee that a draft is accurate, complete, or effective.
• You alone are responsible for reading, editing, and approving a draft before it goes out.
• A draft can sometimes contain errors or unsuitable suggestions.
• You own the drafts the Service makes for your business, subject to the terms of any AI company we use.

5. What you may not do

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights.
• Send spam or unsolicited messages, or make drafts that break the rules of a tool you post them to.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the systems behind it.
• Share your login details with people who are not authorized to use your account.

6. Connected tools

You can connect tools from other companies, such as Google Ads, Mailchimp, and SendGrid. You are responsible for following the terms of any tool you connect. We are not responsible for what those tools do, what they hold, or whether they are available. When you connect a tool, you authorize us to act on your behalf to post drafts and run campaigns through it.

7. Payment and billing

• Some features need a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or yearly.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are handled case by case.

8. Ownership

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, belongs to ComposeGTM and is protected by intellectual property law. Your business data and the drafts made for you remain yours. You give us a limited license to use your data only to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, ComposeGTM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities, that come from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that a draft will produce any particular business result.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops right away. You can export your data before then.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms at any time. We will tell you about material changes by email or inside the Service. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ComposeGTM operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
